Screenings
Screenings are recommended if you have concerns about your child’s speech and language development but are not sure if there is a need for a full evaluation. A screening is a quick and fun way to determine whether or not an evaluation is warranted. Screenings are typically completed with a pass/fail result and are a fun way to begin building rapport between the client and speech-language pathologist.
Comprehensive Evaluations
At Little Beach Speech and Language Therapy LLC we offer initial or second opinion comprehensive evaluations. Evaluations are comprised of standardized and informal measures assessing the areas of speech sound production, expressive/receptive language skills as well as social communication skills. A written report will be provided.
Individual Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions are based on your child’s unique and individualized needs. Both short sessions (approximately 30 minutes) and long sessions (approximately 60 minutes) are available. Teletherapy sessions are available for qualifying established clients.
Multi-Sensory Language Based Playgroups
A wonderful way to practice new-skills and utilize strategies with peers and family members! Playgroups will focus on themed vocabulary development, following directions, turn-taking, social conversational skills and building peer relationships.
Coaching and Support
